Q: Why do your tumbling classes have skill requirements?

A: We Follow the P3 tumbling model of: Practice, perfection, progression.  We require each athlete to master the shapes and fundamental movements of a skill, before they are allowed to try it.  This ensures that they are training safely and effectively, while reinforcing good technique.
